The manager told us to never come back again because we didn’t give a tip. My wife is from China and tips are not part of the Chinese culture. She paid the bill using a Chinese payment method, if I was at the counter I...would have hinted to give at least a 15% tip. Instead of understanding, the manager decided the best way is to ban us for life. I worked in the service industry for years, if I was to ask for a tip or even hint about a tip I would be fired. Tips are gifts for good service, they are NOT A GIVEN. Also, I gave 20% tip the previous time we went to this restaurant.
