We tried the new Fast Fired on Regent, restaurant is well lit, clean a bit on small side if you choose to eat in, limited seating. There is ample parking, and looks like what will be outdoor patio, when completed. The concept is a popular...one as of late, kinda of a Subway order system. Basically they do salads and pizza, for salad you order your Greens, Kale, Arugula, Romaine, Spinach Choose your toppings, Cheeses, Vegetables & Fixins, Proteins and Choose your dressings, the salad has endless toppings for one price, $ 11.95. They also have their own Signature salads, the Power Boost, Omega Greens, Kale Caesar, and Meta Feta, which according to menu are also 11.95. The pizza is built the same way and same cost, endless toppings, one price $11.95. Choose your dough, Traditional, Whole Wheat ( my choice ), and Gluten Free with $ 3.00 cost. next are your sauces, Classic Tomato, Spicy Tomato, Classic White, Roasted Garlic, Pesto. My choice was Roasted garlic with a 1/2 ladle of Classic Tomato, the roasted garlic is quite powerful, so if you are not a big garlic fan use sparingly, I could of killed a few vampires!!!! 3 is your toppings, which include 7 different cheeses, mozzarella, bocconcini, vegan mozzarella, ricotta, feta, goat cheese, parmigiano, my choice was mozza, and feta, the feta was abit to salty for me will not have again. then your veggies, I chose green peppers, red onion, and mushrooms and last proteins, which are roasted chicken, ham, pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, bacon and salami. My choices were, pepperoni, sausage, bacon. Then into oven and 180 secs of cook time your pizza is done. Our crust was nicely browned with a nice crisp, the crust nice and thin, it came out piping hot, and very tasty. 2 pizzas and 2 water cost $32.10 tax included. They also like the salads have some signature pizzas, Chik & Pepper, Angry Tomato, JoJo, GiGi, Pesto lover and Margherita. They are licensed, Wine, Craft beer, and Cider.
