We arrived on a Tuesday night for dinner. To sit inside, there was a 20 min wait, so we decided to do take out instead as we were hungry. We ordered with the manager and waited outside by the entrance for it to be ready....We were told it would take 10-20 minutes, so we stayed by the ordering podium. At 35 minutes our order still had not come out to us. We had to ask what was happening. The girl went inside and checked. It appears our order had been sitting there for the past 15 minutes just inside the door but no one brought it out to us. The receipt stapled to the bag showed the time in was completed. We were not impressed. No apology. Food was warmish and ok.
