I can’t speak to the authenticity of Alirang as I’ve never been to Korea; however, we have a few Korean-owned restaurants in Nagoya, Japan (where I live) and I frequent them often. They had all of my favourites, including tteok-bokki and Japchae. Everything we ordered...at Alirang compared to what I’m used to and we enjoyed it all. The servings were quite large and left us all happily stuffed. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because the soju was astronomically (and needlessly) expensive.
