This is a surprisingly bland place in a strip mall on Jacklin Road just off Goldstream Ave. The main accent is a collection of wall mounted plaques from various Armed Forces contingents. The two or three daily soups are terrific usually. I have been numerous...times and most of the soups are thick and full of veggies and meat as applicable. The only dud soup experienced was with the house version of won ton soup and it was a complete dud. The sandwiches are beyond generous in their fillings and the choice of a full package or plain produces an enormous and filling product. There are several bread options as well. This is the best spot in the Westshore for soups and sandwiches without doubt. Prices are reasonable to inexpensive. There is also some takeout available eg the shepherd’s pie of last week..also very good.
