First off, I'm very impressed with our first visit to pizza studio. A little unconventional being inside a food pavilion but none the less, the concept is simple. For $10.95 you get a 10" pizza with unlimited toppings. The toppings being a mix of traditional...and modernized and would be considered gourmet and cost extra at most pizza places. The crust can be customize to a few different flavours, we chose the rosemary and herb, the sauce selection also can be traditional or something unique, we chose the Alfredo sauce. Toppings, now they give you a huge variety, we chose black olives, Chipotle roasted pineapple, goat cheese, caramelized onions, pepperoni, beef, sausage, bacon, and chicken. They pop it in the oven and in 3 minutes it's done. At the end you drizzle a sauce on top, ours being balsamic tzatziki. The pizza was fantastic, crispy and fresh, lots of flavour. This place has honestly filed a void that pizza fans have been looking for, cheap, quick and good quality. Really hope it sticks around! We will be back soon!More
