Patrons sitting on the patio are as important as sitting inside. Lunch time at Saigon Asian Restaurant...My lunch was served and that was it. No one came to the patio to ask if I wanted more water, if everything was o.k. ...I wanted to say,...I didn't receive what I ordered, I ordered lemongrass chicken, I received chicken, but not with the lemongrass. I was hungry, so I ate it....Now it was time for the bill. I waited and waited...no one came outside...so I called them and asked them to come to the patio so I could get the bill and leave...I did say, the chicken did not have lemongrass, the girl didn't seem to understand. I also asked why no one came out to check on me...the answer was they were busy inside...remember patrons sitting on the patio are paying customers too.
