The food was terrific and the service was great except I booked on open table - arrived on time - let the service person know I booked on open table and the following day I get an email that I did not show up and was further advised that 4 no shows and your account is suspended. I appreciate that some may not be courteous enough to let a restaurant know they changed their mind and not show up - but the reality here is that we did show up and on time. There had to be a better way to confirm guest arrive as noted in their reservation. But for this I would have rated the service higher.
