Unbelievable.
Unbelievable. Probably waited 1 hour on drive thru. Not courteous nor apologetic. Worst possible experience ever. Nothing justifies this poor service. Get cars out of the line. Go to their car.. I dont know. But not addressing their problem means poor management.
