Admittedly, Quebec City was very busy when we were looking for a place to eat. During tourist season, it's best to get reservations for even small meals because this city is packed. We went with this place because we couldn't find anywhere else that would...serve us. We arrived and there were used dishes everywhere. We thought they would be bussed but these were just left out everywhere while we ate. We waited over 15 minutes to get service and then 15 more to get our drinks. The food we ordered (Appetizers, Soup and Pad Thai, and fried Pineapple and Tapioca) was not recognizable as Thai cuisine or any other cuisine because the preparation and flavors were not accurate or appetizing. Most dishes we could not finish, let alone start if we weren't so hungry. To be fair, there seemed to be one man servicing the entire front of house by himself. He was friendly, but this place should be a last resort. The price is far beyond the quality or worth. Buyer beware.
