I havn't had a meal quite like this since the early days of Chef Michael Stadtlander's Eigensinn Farm. We had the five course menu and each course was completely unexpected and utterly delicious. The restaurant itself is charming and the servers attentive, friendly and helpful. There is a very good wine list and overall the meal is outstanding value for the very moderate price. I highly recommend Edulis.
