My Mrs had treated me for a dinner out at Cartharge once before and we loved it then, so we thought we would share that experience with our good friends after our visit to the Broadway Church Singing Christmas Tree evening and our dinner at...Carthage was once again, not disappointing. Tho the waiter was alone, he attended to us as best as possible. Friendly and courteous, took our drink orders and eventually or entres. As expected, the appetizers where wonderful, loved their soup and the entres were spot on. Most flavourful and in generous portions. We really do like this little place and will most likely visit again. Can't go wrong.
