We got here at 10:20 on a Saturday morning. The place was packed but we got seated immediately. Our server greeted us right away but after that not so much. A table that arrived before us got served before us too. We got our food...but then server was nowhere to be found. Not replenishing our coffee or water. We had to ask her on several times. I even ask for sweetener because they don't leave it on the tables. Took like 15 minutes to get them after my husband got up to ask at the bar. Their plastic coca cola cups for water are chipped and so is the jam and peanut butter holders. Clearly they don't care about presentation. The food was ok.
