I don’t know how I’ve missed this for so long. I feel like I need to spend a week or two rediscovering some pockets of the city. First off this is not your typical hot pot. It is Thai in nature with a bit of...a Chinese flair. It is Hot Pot only, no menu. But what you get is amazing. There were eight of us so we had one of each of the 4 broths. You pick your own item buffet style and cook table top in your broth. I can’t describe all the options, but if there isn’t something for everyone, well you should stay home. There are a bunch of sauces to complement your meal, so try them or mix and match your own. There is rice in a cooker in case you want that too. And you can make your own dessert at the end. You’re limited to 2 hours. And it’s all you can eat. So that’s fair right? The owners are courteous and welcoming. Perfect for friends and family. On my top ten list of authentic Asian spots in town.
