Drove by this place many times and after seeing that it had been opened a while figured they must be doing something right. A colleague and I went in for lunch. we were greeted by Cynthia with a big smile. There was only two people...working, but due to a snow storm there were only 6 other patrons. As others have noted in their review, Cynthia seems to be the only server and helps with the cooking, so there is a little delay, but to be honest it was not a big deal. We were in and out in 35 minutes. I had a chicken burrito that would've sunk a small row boat! This thing was huge and was packed with shredded chicken, beans, rice, etc. Very tasty! My colleague had the chicken taco's and raved about the flavor. Prices were good, especially considering how good the food was. They have decorated the place, a former Quizno's sub shop, and tried to give it a more Mexican feel. They appear to be starting off small and building their business based on quality food. being so close to my office, I will be back again!More
