We’ve visited Hamaru 3 times this year. During the Covid-19 outbreak, we purchased take-out. Their chicken katsu was hot and fresh (with a generous portion of side dishes). Their maki had their unusual crispy (noodle?) toppings... and were tightly rolled. I’d advise asking for the...rolls without the spicy yellow sauce (it overpowers the rolls; ask for it on the side?). They’re worth your patronage, eh.
