Little disappointed for the dim sum overall. Truffle Sui Mai is either full of fats or flour that you can’t make out where the pork is. Har Gow skin is very thick and loads of pork fat. Sampan congee ingredients is mainly intestines. Stir fried...Radish Cake with XO sauce is actually deep fried instead of stir fried. Beef balls is very fluffy since it’s mainly flour again. Only the shrimp egg rolls is very good. Overall most dishes is heavy on the salt. Don’t think I will go back again although it is close to where we are staying!More
