The restaurant offers many fine cantonese seafood dishes in generous portions. One of unique dishes is Cooked Egg White with Crab Meat and Smoked(!) Salmon is delicate and flavorful with plenty of lump crab meat. An unexpected delight. The dish must take well over a...dozen eggs to make! Western-Sauce pork is tender and tangy. Peking Duck was average; but the pancakes are thinner (better) than most others. Other seafood dishes such as scallops with vegetable, were all good. Service was friendly and efficient. The paid parking lot behind the restaurant is 24hrs but you can park free in the covered section (the center section only; after 6pm). Yes, they do serve shark fin; but you don't have to order it if you object to it.
