Very frustrating visit to Surahi last night. We have been coming here on and off for over 5 years but this will be our last visit for a while. Having made a deliberate decision to come here to help out local business - it was...so disappointing to find ourselves waiting 1 hour and 15 mins for our food -despite making it clear we only had 90 minutes (normally more than enough for a very simple order) and ordering the moment we sat down. Given the number of delivery guys coming in and out - they have clearly sold out to Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes and anyone who attends in person is now a second class citizen. The complete lack of communication and us having to go to the kitchen for an update (twice) just made it even worse. Shame.
