We had a terrible service in this restaurant.I came here with friends.We were seated promptly,great!One of my pet peeves is not getting a drink after we were seated. we got our tea/water but we have to wait 15 mins.We looked into the menu and we...waited for 20 m8ns to be served!The guy server claimed tgey had 2 big groups to serve.we said we were fine.We tried to catch this guy server attention as we were ready to ordee but he informed us that TGE MANAGER will be the one to take our orders that is why we waited for this manager for another 10 mins!!!when the lady manager finally came to our table,she never informed us that THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SERVE! most of the items we want are no longer available as they ran out of it.So we asked what we could eat.I ordered this crispy pork from appetizer menu and a bowl or rice, my other friend ordered a pineapple seafood fried rice and another friend ordered sweet and sour pork and he wants hainan roce, the manager said they ran out of it and RECOMMENDED COCONUT RICE INSTEAD!my friend said he is good with it. we waited an hour(time check 9pm) before we had our order. first came my crispy pork and they were the tiniest piece of pork i ever saw.it was also very dry! then 10 mins later, my friend's orders came.I asked the server where is our rice order and she never knew about it! terrible! I said your manager was the one who took our order so it shall be written in the order slip.She asked what kind of rice we ordered, i said i got plain rice and a friend got coconut rice.she then said they ran out of coconut rice.we were like they shall have told us while we were waiting for our food to be served! THEY NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED!!!since we are very hungry, my friend decided to get plain rice and never complain to the manager. we just let it go.this is the worst service we ever gotten from a restaurant.it is our first time here and for sure will never come back!the food is also mediocre so pls spend it somewhere else more worthy!More
