My friend and I went for a Friday lunch on the large patio. We are beer lovers, preferring European beers. Unfortunately this pub features Canadian local breweries. We settled for a couple of local pints. The menu is typical pub fare. We ordered fish and...chips. Took a while to arrive and was a bit over cooked. We casually mentioned this to our waitress . She brought the bill and we noticed a 50% reduction on the food cost. We were both impressed with the gesture. Now that’s is customer care. We will revisit.
