I went to the bistro to pick up something quick before a meeting. Food restrictions meant I couldn’t have anything on the menu as is. I asked the young man for some substitutions. Not only did he happily accept my request , he offered some...other options. He prepared it quickly, with a smile the whole time. Tom is a great employee and it’s a great little bistro. Salad was delicious!More
