Brisket was excellent; I'm not a fan of overwhelming spice and this was right on - same with a piece of fried chicken. Very nice that most mains could be ordered in one of two portion sizes. Friendly and helpful waitress. Was very sorry that...beef ribs were in such a low demand that they had to be dropped from the menu - too much waste at the end of a night - a logical decision.
