We have eaten at Royal Pizza for years, but we almost always get take out from the Ottewell location. We thought since the dining rooms had opened up again - we'd go out for our pizza. What a mistake. I have to say that we...did get take out from this location once in the early days of Covid and I don't recall being disappointed. Tonight, the pizza was burnt, the wings were over done and the pizza seemed to be missing half of the toppings. We let the waitress know and she offered for them to make us another pizza. Are you kidding me? You actually think we are going to waste more of our time sitting there while they make us another bad pizza. I told her that we will never go to this location again. I know it's not the server's fault but a manager should have come to see us and at least offered to take some money off. Ottewell Royal Pizza from now on - I won't be stupid enough to spend my money at this location ever again and I'll be sure to tell everyone not to waste their money there either.
