We had been buying here for well over 2 years and the food was always delicious and service was always great. We've been purchasing wings the last few months from this place and each time, the quality got consistently worse. Last month, we ordered 2...lbs honey garlic for delivery and when the wings came.. they were cold, mushy and very undercooked. We couldn't eat them. We called the store to rectify the issue or allow us to go pick up new wings and the employee told us "its a risk you take with delivery, sometimes you get the wings that sit for awhile. Sorry nothing we can do". It was an atrosious display of customer service and completely ruined the love we had for RedRockets. We both will never go again and we know so many people recently who've experienced the same problem of undercooked and cold wings upon delivery with no assistance to rectify the problem.
