This tea shop had their grand opening on 2019-10-12. Congratulations! The first thing that strikes you when you enter is the clean and modern aesthetics, and of course looking like their namesake, a clean lab. Then you find out they have so many flavourful teas,...explained by their wonderful staff. This company is a franchaise from Taiwan. This is the first location in Canada. The original Taiwanese company is Yanguo Juice & Tea. They are at a good location, being next to University of Toronto, and surrounded by other good restaurants within two small blocks. There are currently no few tea shops nearby. Wincy is one of 5 partners. She was extremely courteous and helpful. They are the first tea shop with a self-order kiosk where you can pay by credit or debit cards. It also serves as a rolling advertising screen. There are very few tea shops with carbonated fruit teas. This is the only place with carbonated winter melon tea. They use lime to offset the sweetness of the winter melon. We had the follow drinks: (1) YGO Supreme Fruit Tea, $6.75 It is made with the following: organic orange juice, 100% pure apple juice, lemon juice from Taiwan, passion fruit, Golden Diamond pineapple jam, High Mountain Tea from Nantou (Taiwan), and 3 slices of fresh fruit (lemon, apple, orange) (2) Winter Melon Tea with Basil Seed, $6.00 (Carbonated) (3) Black Milk Tea, $5.75 This version had the organic milk so the "white" floats above the black tea. When you stir it, it makes neat swirl effects. They have free WiFi and unisex washrooms. There are even electrical plugs and USB ports to charge your devices.
