We have been to this restaurant many times and enjoyed it but had never made a reservation before this. I decided to book the reservation yesterday as my son was celebrating a birthday and wanted to go to Futaba, however, it seemed the restaurant was confused or wasn’t aware of our reservation. It was a very busy night for them I have to say. The four of us did get seated and we did receive good service but I wonder if there may be a communication problem between Open Table and Futaba. Overall it was a good experience and excellent food.
