There's a lot of potential for that place. From the outside, it doesn't look like a place that sells fresh gelato. I would recommend they change the way their restaurant looks, to make it more appealing. It took me almost a year before I dared...to try. So... I tried samples, I loved it. Then I bought 2 scoops for me, 2 scoops for my wife. Neither of us could finish the 2 scoops. Baggio's gelato is way too sweet for us. Too bad because they're really good potential there, they have nice flavours. It could've become our favorite place for gelato, since it's a just a few blocks away, but we might never go back, because of the sweetness. Well, if you love very sweet gelato, go there, it's a place to try! If not, don't buy more than 1 scoop or make sure you can stand the sweetness or like us you'll have to throw away part of it. One very small detail: the plastic cups they use look really awful (and since they're plastic, they're really bad for the environment), but lots of places in Vancouver are using those.
