The Cafe Bella is in the Best Western Plus Downtown and provides an excellent complimentary breakfast for hotel guests. I also ate lunch here one day as well. I had an excellent beef tenderloin sandwich on an open face bun with spicy fries. Very tasty...and reasonably priced.
