The new Chop steak house in Sherwood Park Alberta was TERRIBLE!!! June 14, 2021. we made reservations 2 weeks in advance...they had to move our seating, we ended up inside instead of patio where we requested. Service was terrible,,,,our waitress would not even wait to hear our concerns..the food was TERRIBLE --no good presentation, my steak was way over done -- no offer to give buns or bread. we had to wait VERY long to even order and one drink finally arrived AFTER we were almost done eating. We will not go back and will advise anyone that asks us that this restaurant is WAY OVER PRICED and not worth the value in any way.
