Walked into a modern space to our seat. Service was friendly and professional. We enjoyed dry ribs as an appetizer. They were lightly breaded, deep fried, and not overly dry. I had a Miso Ramen bowl with a lot of traditional Ramen noodles (too many...noodles for my thinking) with a few mushrooms and scallions, and a soft-boiled egg. My colleague had a more substantial burger with home-cut fries.
