when I made the reservation I indicated that this was a spcial occasion (birthday dinner) but that information wasn't given to our server. This is the second time this has happened when I've taken a friend out for her special day. I choose your restaurant because it's a nice surprise to see the Happy Birthay in cocoa powder on the dessert plate, but having to ask for it ruins the ambiance of the evening. Why does the website ask if this is a special occasion when it doesn't seem to mean anything?
