My husband and I have eaten at Vietnam Palace many times over the past years but most always for dinner. Recently we went for lunch and we were both extremely pleased with our food. The restaurant has a smaller menu for lunch but there are...still many choices. I ordered the chicken with eggplant in a curry sauce with rice. It came with a lovely salad which was crispy and tasty. The lunch specials also come with soup of the day and a spring roll. This restaurant is always very clean, the staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. We highly recommend the Vietnam Palace for dinner or lunch.
