I have been a fan of Arahova since the 1980s and try to eat there at least once whenever I am in Montreal. My latest visit on July 28, 2021 was probably my last, since I can only take that level of disappointment once. The...service was indifferent. The food has changed so much for the worse that there is no resemblance to what I have love for decades. The lamb skewers that I requested be cooked medium rare were hammered and dry. The tzatziki was void of flavor and totally missing garlic. The Greek Salad was under seasoned and the tomatoes were chunked instead of sliced. The pandemic has ruined Arahova Souvlaki and I am mourning the loss of a favorite.
