I stopped here for lunch and grabbed the char-siu buns and the tonkotsu ramen. The buns were tasty pork hard great flavour with nice freshness from the veg and love the soft bun. The ramen could have been a lot better broth was under seasoned...and I believe it's a pork broth but is muddled when pork should shine here. The noodles look like they are dried but taste fresh made and the chasu pork had the best flavour I have ever had so so good. They change a few things and this could have been a great meal.
