When we first drove by, we thought it was closed because they are converting the front parking lot into a patio so the parking lot is blocked off. But luckily I called them and found out that they are open for dine in (while they...are still constructing their patio). The prices went up and they automatically include the tip now (even for our table of 2), so after tax+tip, it was $29-something per person for a weekday lunch. The menu was the same, except for a few things. Missing items that I noticed: deep fried banana, and most of their flavoured mousses for dessert. And they said they didn't have mango yogurt, even though it was still on the iPad to order. But all of my favourite items were still on the menu so it was still worth it for us to go. The only thing bad today was the sushi rice. For some reason, it was hard. We've eaten here MANY times before and it was never like this before. It wasn't inedible, but it was unpleasantly hard rice -- either undercooked or they didn't put enough rice wine vinegar? Our server Michelle was very friendly and efficient. For safety measures, they take your temperature (touchless) when you enter and everyone has to wear masks around the restaurant and washrooms, except when you're at your table eating. Tables were spread out and we didn't have anyone eating at the tables beside us or behind/front of us. Overall, it wasn't as good as before COVID, but I would still go back and eat there again.
