This little hole in the wall restaurant makes the very best spring rolls in Ottawa and possibly anywhere in the world except Vietnam. I love spring rolls and seek them out whenever or wherever I am. These are wonderfully crisp, delicious and surprising large by...any standard. What that means is that you can taste the filling more than the deep-fried roll. I especially like to go there for lunch where the special of one spring roll and a soup is really great value for the money. This is a family run restaurant and the staff is always polite and accommodating. This is not a lavish establishment. Almost makes you feel that you are at an eatery in Saigon or Hanoi.
