We go here very regularly for their Pho, which we’ve found to be one of the best in this part of Vancouver. Amazingly, since we switched to a more veggie lifestyle, we’ve found vegan Pho to be as equally fantastic as the meat based broths,...especially the Hue’s special spicy noodle soup. Service is quick and simple and they’re always generous with condiments and finishings.
