I don't know where to start, I am so unhappy with the food. I ordered $53 worth of vegetarian hakka food for my family and I, and it was so dissapointing. The gravy manchuraian balls had no taste. It was blend - like hospital food....Who would have thought hakka food could be like hospital food? I'm so sorry to say that. The dry manchurian balls (made by the kitchen on my request) were BURNT. I hate to waste food, but we had to throw this away. The manchurian soup was also BLEND. Could not taste any of the spices or flavourings that it should have. My family and I had to open our fridge and take out 3-4 other oriental sauces to make it taste a little better. The hot and sour soup - also same problem. I love american chop suey and I always order it at hakka places. This one tasted HORRIBLE. And I know how it should taste. Again, we had to add salt to it and some other sauces. The only thing that tasted decent was their hakka noodles. That is why I gave them one star. I told my brother about that experience and he told me had a similar experience with the vegetarian food here. He has had it once and didn't like it either. I have never been so unhappy with hakka food until I ate from this place. Please improve. To the manager, please go to other hakka restaurants in the nearby area and taste the veggie food there & compare it with the veggie food that is made in house. You will see the difference.
