My boyfriend and I went because my boyfriend owns a company . 20 staff members . We were looking for a possible location for a staff Christmas party . We went on a date with my 9 month old baby to test out the “ service “ because it’s important to us . The waiter SUCKED. I don’t recall his name but he had darker skin and black hair and he looked a bit younger. He was nice but he totally messed up our order , tried to give us a high table with a baby !? , took forever to check on us or even to take our drink order. NEVER re filled our drinks or water, didn’t ask if we would like to see a dessert menu. Just terrible service. We usually go to the Windermere location and have zero issues. This time we tried downtown.
