I've been coming here for over a year now and have tried some of the other sushi places in the city but they just can't beat the quality that Zen serves. One thing that I have noticed is that the other places seem almost like...store bought or machine made sushi vs at Zen you can tell it is made by hand(sometimes you might even see them having a gyoza making party in the back) Hands down the best sushi I have had anywhere. I highly recommend getting the salmon sashimi, I like to dip it in a soy sauce + wasabi mixture(in the bowl they give, fill the small part with soy sauce and then add wasabi based on how much spice you can handle)More
