There's some 50 year old short creepy looking guy who I'm guessing is the manager of this place or something because he wears same blue jeans and outfit every time I've come in here. He's possibly one of the rudest individuals I've ever met and...witnessed. I've seen him power trip over employees and be rude to multiple people picking up orders. We order takeout sometimes and the foods average at best but the other employees are really nice except this one guy. I feel bad for anyone working for this guy, he gives me creepy vibes every time im in here waiting. You guys lost a customer and I've seen other reviews on here mention managers/staff as well and I'm willing to bet it's this punk theyre talking about. I'll be forwarding an email to HR/East side Mario's as I've seen this happen multiple times. Insane he works there still.
