Went here for a private function, great venue, we had the whole restaurant to ourselves, great way to celebrate. The restaurant isn’t huge but plenty big enough for our gathering, about 70 people all together. Really nice bar, chairs and tables were very comfortable. Because...it was a private function we got to sample many of the kitchen items as they brought food out to feed the group. Loved the beef short ribs, real French fries, fried risotto balls were nice, slider burger had a great flavour and a nice bun. Fried Chicken was lightly coated and very tasty, meat balls in tomatoe sauce were very good too. This place is on the north side of Danforth a few locks east of Coxwell, keep your eyes open as the sign can be difficult to spot as you drive by. No green P parking nearby but we had no problem finding a spot on one of the side streets, like most of this area of the city, so be prepared to walk a bit, or Uber/cab it to avoid parking issues, it’s not far from TTC subway too, about halfway between Coxwell and Woodbine stations. Looking forward to coming back here again to try the “real” menu!!!More
