Jadeland used to be our go-to chinese restaurant. We live in the East end and had not been back there in quite a while. We went back for supper as we were yearning for our old-time favorites. It was a disappointment. The corn and crab...soup we used to enjoy so much was absolutely tasteless. The eggplant sizzling plate was not sizzling at all, so much so that the onion slices weren't even cooked - and the sauce was much thinner than before. I understand that things can happen in a kitchen and everything is not always perfect; however, if the cook has changed I have to say we much preferred the previous cuisine.
