These people are very helpful. I was looking for some pork fat to make my own sausage and they cut it specifically for me while other shops had no interest in even talking to me. So, while I was there I had to buy some...of their ready-to-eat sausage. I selected from their Hungarian sausage, Swiss farmer (We have a winner!), Landjager and chorizo. In short, I have tried them all and all were very good. The Swiss has a great smokey flavour and is drier than some of the others. Go there. Soon.
