Went for lunch on a Tuesday. Had what we found out was a new server which was pretty obvious. Took forever to get waters, menus etc. food took over 45 minutes. When it arrived the plates were super hot from being under the lights. Ordered eggs poached soft and I ordered medium. Both were hard and due to sitting under the heat lamp had a harder outside. Avocado had turned grey. Manager came by at the end with ice cream sandwiches which was nice for the kids but we were there for almost 2 hours for a simple lunch.
