Terrible service. Received rotten lettuce in delivery for lettuce wrap. Called the manager to let him know and he only offered $4 credit for the lettuce rather than replace the meal. The next time we tried to use that credit on the same meal, we...realized that the same meal actually cost $16 so we said $4 isn't much to cover a wasted meal previously. The manager said that since we agreed on $4, he can no longer change it. Heck, he's the manager so he can if he want. I'm also a manager of a retail business and if it were me, I'd replace that meal to keep the customer coming back. We ordered from this place all the time and he can probably see our history on justeat but he didn't care. Obviously saving $4 was more important than saving a customer. Don't bother ordering from her and avoid even going to the restaurant. This place I'd a dying business and they're doing nothing to save it.
