Overall, I am not a big fan of Chinook because it's all about self gratification and opulence. The Centre appears to be run well but no one is overly friendly or welcoming there. It is simply a behemoth of consumer materialism. Parking is terrible at special event times such as Christmas. It would be the one of the last places I would take anyone from out of town as there are so many other public venues that are far more worthwhile. If consumerism and spending is your thing then I highly endorse Chinook Centre. But for me the only draw is the Apple Store only because of convenience and outstanding service.
