Maybe it was the unusual quiet Saturday of Labor Day weekend and the fact that it was unfair of the staff to be hard at work when the rest of us enjoyed day 2 of a long weekend....whatever the excuse, the staff took a long time following up with our order, and following through once the food had arrived. That being said, I've always loved the atmosphere, the lighting is perfect at the hour where I could use a power nap to restore my usual energetic self, and the food is unassuming but sophisticated- if that's even possible. This was their 3rd day of a new menu and almost everything was sumptuous. I'd go back all the time.....
