Chifa is definitely a great restaurant in Downtown Montreal. The Chinese/Peruvian fusion of flavors in every single meal definitely makes it a must in Montreal. We had the chance to sit in the bar area, and were able to see how each meal is prepared...meticulously. Please know that each order is prepared like tapas style, so the portion size is really small. At the end of the day, each bite is definitely worth it. I highly recommend the ceviches, maracuya (passion fruit) sour drink, wonton soup, and seafood fried rice.
